The delivery costs vary and are shown in connection with the shipping method at the checkout stage.
If your perfume is in stock, it takes about 1-5 days to receive your package within Sweden. Our goal is to ship your purchase the same day you place your order, except for orders made on non-working days.
EU - Products in stock are delivered within 3-10 working days.Please consider that shipping and process time to countries outside EU may vary due to tax and custom related issues.DHL - Orders shipped using DHL come with a tracking number and are delivered to your local DHL delivery point. DHL will send a delivery notification via text message or e-mail when your package is ready for collection.To avoid delays and be able to pick up/receive your package, it is important that you fill in your contact information correctly.
We do charge a fee for unredeemed shipment or failed delivery attempts.
Be sure to check your perfume for any damage when you receive the delivery. Check for visible, transport damage when collecting your parcel. If your parcel has been damaged in transit, you must note the damage on the proof of delivery note from the shipping company. Ask the postal worker to note the damage and sign the proof of delivery. If you discover hidden transport damages after you have opened the packaging, please report this as soon as possible.In the event of transport damage, please contact email@example.com attach clear pictures of the damage and any damaged packaging and state your e-mail, telephone number and your order number. This is so that we can report the damage to our carrier. We need to report the transport damage within 1-3 days and are grateful if you report the damage within this time frame.If the parcel is handed out without a signature or to an authorized agent, the damaged parcel cannot be reported.
The product must be in perfect condition when delivered from us. Should the product be damaged or have any defects upon receipt, contact us within 5 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. Enter your order number and the name or article number of the damaged product in your email. Please attach a clear picture of the product and damage, so we can see what happened. CENTRALE PERFUMERÌA FORMENTERA is responsible for defects that existed on the product when you bought it or when it was delivered to you. CENTRALE PERFUMERÌA FORMENTERA is not responsible for errors that you have caused, for example if you have not followed our care instructions or if you have neglected the product.
We reserve the right to invoke Force Majeure in situations where this is applicable.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Klarna checkout (installment plan, financing account, invoice, direct payment).Please note that the recipient's name and address must match the card/account holder's name and address. Swedish VAT of 25% is included in the price for delivery in Sweden and the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is liable for any customs and VAT fees in accordance with the country's rules.
We stand proudly by the quality of all our products. But, if you aren´t satisfied with your purchase, you can always return the product.Right of withdrawal and right of return is valid for 14 days according to the Consumer Protection Act. The right of withdrawal is calculated from the day you received the product. The product must be in original condition, i.e. unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for the withdrawal to apply.The product must be received by us within 14 days if you wish to cancel your purchase. Fill in the enclosed return slip, attach order number, name and address. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you as a customer are responsible for the shipping fees upon returns. The fee is 80 Swedish krona (SEK). Exchanges and returns are processed within 1-5 working days, but no later than 30 days, after we have received and approved the return.
